Job Description

1. Supplier qualification for Machining and Casting machining to support running project
2. Supplier audit for new vendor release and/or continuous process improvement
3. Supplier development for supplier in serial production
4. Preparation of material field specific requirements
5. Systematical problem solving and shopfloor claim handling support
6. Q-focus program implementation
7. Support on cost reduction and new design concept for MPP project.

Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical with More than 7 year in industry field; >2year quality management

Other Skills / Exposure preferred:

• Rich Experience in Machining and Casting machining.
• Familiar with ISO9001/IATF 16949/VDA6.3
• Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, ,MSA, 8D
• Proficiency in English Communication
• Good communication skill in hard and complex situation & interpersonal relationship.
• VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification will be added benefit.
• Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent ,team work player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to frequent travel
