Overview
BrandNest is seeking motivated and reliableInbound Call Center Agentto join our team in Austin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing exceptional customer support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, order status, or general inquiries.
• Document and update customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
