Job: Full time Salary Range:$17.00 – $24.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests with empathy and efficiency. • Document call details and customer interactions in the system. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Maintain performance standards related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. • Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations. • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
