Job Overview
We are seekinga friendly, composed, and customer-focusedInbound Call Center Agentto be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers. In this vital role, you will handle inbound calls, deliver accurate and empathetic service, and help maintain smooth communication between BrandNest and those we serve.
Duties
• Respond to inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Utilize data entry skills to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Provide information about products and services, upselling when appropriate.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
• Perform outbound calling as needed to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a welcoming environment for callers.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal listening and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-intensive environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of handling pressure
• Basic computer proficiency (especially CRM or call software) preferred
