Inbound Customer Service Representative
*This position requires you to be located in the Charlotte, NC*
As an Inbound Customer Service Representativ, you will act as the liaison between our clients and account management team. The majority of your day is spent on the phone, engaging with clients and assessing their needs. The is a proactive and reactive position. You’ll be handling a steady volume of inbound calls from current clients and assessing their needs. When you’re not receiving inbound calls, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to clients in order to proactively service their accounts. You’re the liaison between the client and our account management team. Once you’re able to determine the clients need, you’ll communicate with and transfer them to the correct department.
Our ideal client enjoys engaging in conversation over the phone, is an expert at assessing needs and has strong interdepartmental communication skills. Responsibilities
- Engage clients in friendly conversation to build a relationship and provide expert level service
- Receive inbound calls from existing clients
- Make outbound calls to existing clients to identify potential needs
- Transfer calls and communicating client needs across departments
- Act as the liaison between the client and the account manager team
- Process payments through CAP system
Qualifications
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- 1+ years of customer service experience
