Inbound Delivery Specialist

The Inbound Delivery Specialist is responsible for Inbound Delivery Notes creation in S4HANA for assigned geographical/business unit scope based on an incoming notification from Material Suppliers of the planned arrival of products.

We are looking for candidates with various logistic experience to support one of European countries.

Your involvement:

• Create SAP inbound delivery notes for respective geographical scope or material supplier base.
• Maintain SAP handling units, including purchased-material physical parameters.
• Build good relationship with Hitachi Energy purchasing & logistics teams as well as direct-material suppliers.
• Be curious, explore new possibilities, propose improvements.

• Bachelor degree
• Experience in Logistics/ Purchasing
• Experience in SAP Logistics/ Purchasing Modules - is a must
• Communication in English on min B2 level is a must
• Knowledge of Transport terminology & rules
• Knowledge of Incoterms
