Job Description
We are currently seeking a Inbound Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the team responsible for processing inbound deliveries while also supporting the Lakeshore Standard of Excellence. The position also requires maintaining quality and SLAs for each task in a timely fashion. Applicants should have a proven ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate also possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â
A day on the job looks like this:Â
- Ensure Inbound associates are following all standardized processes to unload, receive and put away product safely and accuratelyÂ
- Planning and monitoring daily labor needs based on immediate and forecasted order and unit volumesÂ
- Set daily goals and monitor performance to ensure goals are achievedÂ
- Develop, implement and maintain the quality of Inbound processesÂ
- Assign duties and assess work for exactness and conformance to policies and proceduresÂ
- Continue to work on process improvementÂ
- Ensure team members receive training for job activities and define specific job assignmentsÂ
- Train, coach and mentor associatesÂ
- Build a strong Inbound team that is goal-oriented and maintains the Lakeshore Standard of excellenceÂ
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirementsÂ
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- 1–3 years of prior Inbound Operations or similar experienceÂ
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with focus in Outlook and ExcelÂ
- Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocolÂ
- Excellent attention to detailÂ
