POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making technology-related product recommendations and providing quotes
• Fielding incoming calls from new or existing customers regarding products
• Intake of inbound leads through calls, emails, and chats regarding our products and sales orders
• Following up on quotes and customer inquiries
• Overseeing the order process and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Accomplish individual and team goals measured by activity and gross profit sales

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in addition to basic computer knowledge
• Driven, motivated, and a desire to be successful
• Excellent communication – outgoing, well-spoken, and polished individual
• Some prior sales experience
• Technology interest or background
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least one year of customer service or sales experience
