JOB DESCRIPTION

Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for an Junior Payment Incentive Coordinator to join us in our Campaigns Management in our Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office.

Campaigns Management is a team at Ford of Europe that makes sure that European dealers get paid for participating in various campaigns. They use a special software to manage the payments based on the information they receive from other internal systems. The Marketing Incentive Coordinator is a part of this team and uses the same software to make sure that the payments are made in a timely and efficient manner. To do this, they need to be good at identifying and solving problems, working with data, and communicating with other departments.

• Manage marketing/incentive programme setup in dedicated system including programme writing, testing and checking against original intent of business paper
• Control dealer payments, check the vehicle's eligibility for Incentive/Variable Marketing Programmes
• Administer and process payment queries
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements (lnternal Control)
• Assist Campaigns Management/Marketing/Sales/Finance with reports to effectively manage the marketing programmes - prepare sales and payment reports
• Communicate with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Team to be aware of all key issues

• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Persistent attitude, monotony tolerance, accuracy - excellent administrative skills
• Good communication/relationship building skills, ability to work as part of a team
• Analytical mindset, structured thinking, Excel knowledge
• Ability to understand a marketing program
