We are looking for an Incident Manager to join our tech client’s reliability and quality team. You’ll deliver on SLAs and KPIs, and you’ll lead the engineers to resolution on incidents, following through to ensure both short- and long-term solutions are put in place. You will also identify and raise recurring/related incidents and improve protocols.

Would you like to…

  • Lead and coordinate the response and recovery activities for incidents, and manage function-related business processes including communications with stakeholders.
  • Drive issues to resolution, ensuring root cause is incorporated into planning cycles.
  • Analyze data to prioritize fixes to defects in code, processes and documentation.
  • Partner across engineering organizations and with key stakeholders to improve our practices and response capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve the detection and response capabilities of services.
  • Drive learnings into our services.
  • Build metrics and KPI for existing projects to monitor progress. This includes creating reports, executive summaries, and updates for leadership team.

We would like you to have…

  • 4+ years of experience managing incidents to closure.
  • 4+ years of experience developing reports on reoccurring incidents.
  • 4+ years of experience driving post-modems and prioritizing fixes (root cause analysis).
  • Ability to manage multiple threads, ensuring communication to all stakeholders and driving issues to closure.
  • Experience working for an enterprise tech company is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
