Amadeus Hospitality's Technology Operations organization provides infrastructure and engineering support for the hosting and development of proprietary software used by the global hospitality industry.
Summary of the role:
As part of the Technology Operations organization, the Incident & Problem Manager is responsible for supporting Amadeus Hospitality production systems operations by helping to develop, implement and maintain appropriate ITIL based policies and processes for Incident and problem management.
In this role you'll:
The Incident & Problem Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Incident Management process and escalation. Using industry experience and known best practice methodologies, the Incident & Problem Manager is responsible for ensuring that all teams are fully aware of and compliant with all standard Incident procedures, escalating to the management for support as appropriate. The Incident & Problem Manager report team performance via Metrics and KPIs. The Incident & Problem Manager is responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the Major Incident and Crisis Management process within the Technology Operations organization with a focus on the people, processes and performance of the support engineering and all partner teams.
