Your Impact

The Human Resources team is looking for an Inclusion and Engagement Specialist. Working primarily with Senior Director, Human Resources, the Inclusion and Engagement Specialist will autonomously provide support to HRBPs to support the local activation of the Learning and Development, DEI strategy and Employee Resource Groups to support the implementation of strategy and programming centered on community and belonging. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to the areas(s) of DEI, Employee Engagement/Experience, Training and Development, Communication, and Project Management. This position will be responsible for operational support within these areas as well.

Through this work, support the creation of a high-performing culture in which all employees can be real, and feel safe, valued, and supported to do their best work.

What you'll do

  • 30% Inclusion and Belonging - Drives DEI focused initiatives as identified by the DEI COE through program and project management: manages implementation activities, process development, documentation, and communications for enterprise-wide program/process rollout and ongoing support. Supports and advises ERGs on program development, and membership initiatives and activation. Creates and/or implements systems to amplify ERGs' impact on talent, culture, and marketplace.
  • 30% Talent Development - Manages internal Talent Development Programs relationships and administration working closely with the HCM Talent team. Supports talent selection, participation, and reporting by creating and/or implementing HR systems aligned with performance management and talent management processes in partnership with Programs Lead and HRBPs. Facilitates learning events for HR Business Partners. Partner with TA on Internship Program management.
  • 30% Employee Engagement - Owns survey implementation and partners with Division/Function Leads and HRBPs to support enterprise strategy activation across departments and supports implementation as needed
    • Approximately half of this portion of the role is to support the HRBPs on data/analytics awareness and comprehension, insights, and action planning
  • 10% Provides regular reporting and communication updates for HRBPs and HR leadership team. Uses internal HR data (survey, performance, HR metrics, etc.) and appropriate analysis to anticipate and communicate current and emerging needs. Identifies patterns, trends and measures of effectiveness and proactively offers recommendations in alignment with HR priorities. Leverages data to inspire action, drive outcomes, and reinforce accountability throughout the organization.

Job Complexity / Scope

Develop, plan, organize and implement processes and programs to support the successful delivery of the Employee Engagement related initiatives

  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in employee interactions, programming and communications
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees to proactively resolve (and mitigate) challenges to the successful activation of L&D initiatives.
  • Own and manage various projects and stakeholders + tasks while remaining available to functional partners and management colleagues.
  • Navigate and manage matrixed relationships with corporate office and divisions

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience preferably focused on the areas of DEI, HR Analytics, Talent Management, General Human Resources

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Experiences:

  • 3+ years of diversified HR experience with experience in diversity, inclusion, equity & belonging
  • DEI Certificate/Certification a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management
  • Experience in managing large-scale organizational culture change a must
  • Track record of successfully developing, implementing, and executing impactful people programs

This role requires the position to be located in New York with an in-office presence of 2+ days a week.

The base salary for this role is between $65,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
