Base Pay Range: $62,400.00 - $106,100.00 Annually

The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a strong program specialist, deeply passionate about I&D and can collaborate well with a wide variety of employees, departments, leadership teams and third parties as needed.

This role reports to the Director of Global I&D and collaborates with business leaders, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Communications teams to provide communications expertise, data driven insights, and overall program support to meet the goals of I&D. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to collaborate on a significant initiative for KLA, while making a long-lasting impact!

Responsibilities include:

  • Measure programmatic progress, interpreting data, helping to bring clarity on progress and gaps related to the I&D initiative
  • Gather and report data to approved internal partners
  • Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to drive content internally and externally
  • Assist in supporting global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  • Provide support on inclusive hiring processes in collaboration with KLA's Talent Acquisition team
  • Support trainings and discussions on such topics as unconscious bias and inclusive practices
  • Support relationships with internal and external diversity partners, organizations and events aligned with our I&D strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years managing elements of corporate I&D, or related experience
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to develop creative content-experience with SharePoint and related tools a plus
  • Attention to detail, particularly around data-knowledge of Workday or other HRIS is a plus
  • Demonstrable ability to visually convey information and insights through graphs, charts, and other means in slide presentations
  • Excellence in event execution.
  • Ability to travel to remote US and global sites, as needed.
  • Bachelor's or a master's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
