About this role
The Incubator (i3) Lab Leader establishes the key priorities in work flow processes, and oversees the execution of resource allocations to ensure optimization of strategy and implementation.

About this role
The Incubator (i3) Lab Leader establishes the key priorities in work flow processes, and oversees the execution of resource allocations to ensure optimization of strategy and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the continuity of the incubator at the innovation hub
- Leads a small cross-functional team of coaches supporting fast paced technology teams
- Coordination of vendors to support incubation teams
- Build relationships with stakeholders and product managers to build idea pipeline using ideation tools
- Coordinate coaching and education for project teams during pre-incubation
- Coordinate Review and Feedback from coaches on specific ideas during pre-incubation
- Coordinate outreach and marketing of incubator with Innovation community of practice to provide regular input and engineering communication coordinator on upcoming challenges.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 10+ years of experience managing project to time commitments
- 10+ years of experience working in an innovation ecosystem
- 10+ years of experience working across functions and engaging external organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Business acumen and excellent presentation skills
- Previous incubator or start-up experience
- Experience in a startup environment is highly valued and preferred.
