Job Overview

As an Indexing Associate II, you will be an integral memberof the AvidXchange Invoice Operations Indexing Services Team, providingbest-in-class indexing services. This position is expected to provide superiordata entry indexing services in adherence of all set standards forAvidXchange's customers with a focus on ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Your work has a direct impact on the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Be a resource for the Customer Onboarding team forsolutioning and preparing for the customer's implementation to ensureoperational readiness including but not limited to:

  • Be steadfast in enforcing standard guidelines as well ashave the knowledge base to accurately determine levels of complexityaccordingly
  • Analyze customer data and provide solutions and feedback
  • Analyze various processes and determine where improvementscan be made and implemented.
  • Determine best practices for a successful transition to alive environment production experience.
  • Provide support for an optimal adoption phase.
  • Ability to create and maintain unique customer guidelines.
  • Triage highest level escalations and exception inquires andmanage accordingly.
  • Prepare internal indexing operations team for new customers.Ability to provide superior level Indexing Services for Avidxchange Customersin adherence to the Service Level Agreement requirements for both speed andaccuracy across all service offerings.
  • Analyze documents in order to complete necessary data entryfields accurately.
  • Adhere to all rules associated with completion of data entryfields
  • Works closely across indexing operations to ensure customersatisfaction.
  • Provide white glove service for escalated customer issues.
  • Actively assist across all areas of indexing to contributeto process improvement initiatives and work stream efficiency.
  • May coach other AvidXchange Indexing Specialists on bestpractices and standard operating procedures. Ability to provide both qualityassurance and control reviews and analyze trends to determine whereimprovements can be made and implemented so that superior service isconsistently delivered across all service offerings
  • Effectively triage exceptions and escalated inquiresaccordingly.


Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Successful completion of Indexer training in all AvidXchangeservice offerings
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as an Indexing Associate I oran acceptable equivalent
  • Specialized knowledge of Indexing Services Indexingrequirements
  • Familiarity of AvidInvoice functionality
  • Strong computer skills
