Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure import operations comply with regulations and fulfill company obligations as a recipient of special government facilities (e.g., MITA Kepabeanan, KITE Pengembalian, COO-FTA).
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, CoA, MSDS, COO FTA, and related permits).
  • Monitor government regulations and policies related to imports and coordinate with Customs Indirect Tax, External Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Ensure all import cargos with non-CIF/CIP incoterms are covered by Marine Cargo Insurance before or on the shipment date (BL date).
  • Review, verify, approve, and monitor the accuracy and completeness of PIB BC 2.0 and BC 2.8 documents checked by PPJK before submission to Customs.
  • Review, verify, and monitor the additional customs value (assist, freight, royalty) on PIB BC 2.0 and BC 2.8 documents checked by PPJK before submission to Customs.
  • Review, verify, and monitor the submission of original COO documents through the KPUBC and KPPBC systems within the regulatory timeframe.
  • Ensure PIB Prenotification is completed within 7 working days after the SPPB date by adjusting PIB and BC 1.1 manifest data.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile monthly Customs Duty & Tax payment reports with PIB data that has received SPPB responses.
  • Submit and ensure timely, accurate payment of Customs Duty & Taxes.
  • Reconcile Billing Code Payment data with Bank Payment data through the DJBC Portal.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with reporting requirements for permits.
  • Conduct Customs Compliance Reviews (VD/VP) on Customs Valuation, Transaction Value, Tariff, and Quantity of Goods until reporting to Customs.
  • Review, verify, and monitor the storage of import documents for Customs Audit and Post Border Audit.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistic vendors (PLB Provider/Operator, Customs Agent, Trucking, Freight Forwarding & Shipping Line) to meet agreed KPIs.
  • Follow up on orders and supervise the Import Clearance and Delivery process.
  • Monitor and follow up on Open Orders, Cargo Readiness, and Shipment Plans from suppliers/shippers.
  • Monitor end-to-end SOP Importation services.
  • Monitor vessel booking implementation according to Global Ocean/Air Freight Contracts.
  • Review, verify, approve, and ensure payment of invoices for goods (for Consignment Stocks), Service Clearance, Bonded Warehousing & Container Terminal Depot as agreed.
  • Monitor and ensure Buffer Stocks Inventory (Min-Max Level) at PLB @PORSCHE.
  • Assist in Marine Cargo Insurance claims for damaged import goods and coordinate with the Treasury Insurance Team.
Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Min 3 years in import specialist
Skills:
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of international trade regulations, Indonesia compliance requirement, and customs laws.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
