Job description

Concrete Helper for Baton Rouge are at DOW must have current DISA" Hair and Oral, TWIC Card, Basic Plus and site classes. Hotel provided and $60 daily per-diem. Chipping and grouting project The job is to last about 2-months. Working 7/12-hour days. Duties: - Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete forms and molds - Pour and spread concrete to specified depth and consistency - Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools or power tools - Monitor the curing process of concrete and make adjustments as necessary - Operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumps or mixers - Perform masonry, trim carpentry, and drywall tasks as needed - Assist with the restoration of concrete structures or surfaces - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time Qualifications: - Previous experience in concrete work is preferred but not required - Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time - Familiarity with operating heavy equipment is a plus - Basic knowledge of masonry, trim carpentry, and drywall techniques is beneficial Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 84 per week Application Question(s): • Have you ever worked in DOW?
