Industrial Electrician/Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities: Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Job Duties: • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and systems (e.g., motors, PLCs, drives, conveyors, control panels). • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. • Inspect and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and instruments. • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks on all electrical systems. • Work with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications: • Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance. • Experience with 3-phase motors, control systems, and industrial wiring. • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and manuals. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be able to lift [50 lbs], work at heights, and in various plant conditions. • Thorough understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. • Electronic experience (servo, PLC, signal routing) a plus. Requirements: • Must be a US Citizen • Pass a drug test • Applicants cannot have any felonies within the past 7 years and no domestic violence or any crime in which a firearm was used Education: • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Technology preferred.
