Position Summary
The Industrial Engineer will lead and prioritize key activities concerning plant layouts and material flow, metrics visualization, MES improvements, lean workshops, 5S, and data analytics. Data analytics will include development and integration of predictive maintenance systems for key plant processes.
Required Skills/Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science.
• High degree of comprehension and judgment for effective problem solving. Demonstrated ability to calculate and analyze data, generate reports, and present information.
• Previous experience working in a highly collaborative environment with stakeholders across multiple teams of various technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with data analytics, IOT, and Industry 4.0.
• Ability to dissect big data and articulate concepts for continuous improvement.
• Familiar with MES and display solutions for operational metrics.
• Proficient with CAD. Ability to lead and develop others through support and training.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain current-state plant drawings in CAD. Work with Operations staff to capture future-state plans.
• Work with Business Units to optimize material flow and machine placement.
• Lead and implement data visualization strategy for the Holly plant.
• Improve Industry 4.0 and SmartFactory KPIs.
• Identify market and 5s solutions to improve manufacturing technical-cleanliness.
• Work with Engineers and Maintenance staff to implement predictive maintenance for critical manufacturing processes.
