Industrial Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• You will improve productivity: Efficiency improvement of manufacturing process by IE tools and automation development.
• You will be capacity study and monitor: implementation for capacity enlarging to meet deliver requirement from customer.
• You will support production & Quality control: optimize the production process to reduce the quality defect and high RPN in PFMEA.
• You will be involved in management of and / or participation in projects for production optimization and expansion.
• You will do creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation.
• You will support the technical department in Design for Manufacturing Staff training on Lean philosophy and Lean Enterprise.
• You will be involved in smart factory & Digital solution development: deploy advanced manufacturing technology and digital solution (Robot, AI, AGV, Automation...)
• You will support data validation from legacy system to S4/Hana system.
• You will support new demand development with global team in S4/Hana system.
• You will allocate component to operation before new system go alive.
• You will maintain material assignment in S4/Hana system.
• You will create and maintain routing and work center.
• You will be responsible for new system training and defect resolve.

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical-electronics or mechanics or industrial engineering.
• Required 5-8 years' experience in method, strength in IE tools and data analysis.
• Good practical knowledge of modern production concepts (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
• Profound IT user skills, deep knowledge of SAP and ideally familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Motivated and dynamic team player with the ability to self-assigned tasks and projects forward.
• Joy of communication and collaboration with various departments8. Innovative and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in English language.
