Industrial Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities & Tasks: 

• Lead boiler & chiller troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Support inspection, maintenance, and repair of building’s mechanical systems including electrical, plumbing, and production machinery. 
• Use expertise, blueprints, manuals, and research to diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions.
• Update the maintenance management system with accurate and comprehensive data.
• Partner with contractors and vendors as needed.
• Utilize standard operating procedures, follow safety protocols, and support the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

• EPA Universal Certification, Ozone Depletion Prevention, Certificate of Qualification (CofQ) or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Ops & Maintenance, Construction, Facilities Maintenance and/or Building Engineering.
• Ability to use specialty hand & diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of maintenance shop practices with experience equivalent to Journeyman level (Electrical and Mechanical Equipment systems).
• Understand 5S principles for organization/cleanliness.
