Industrial Painter

We're hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has proven spray experience and holds a valid Swings Stage certification, OSHA 30 and STS. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and operating spray equipment on various industrial projects. Responsibilities * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed. * Mix and thin paints to achieve proper consistency and color matching. * Operate spray guns and other painting equipment with precision. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. * Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications. Qualifications * Proven experience as an industrial painter with spray application. * Swings Stage certification is required. * Strong knowledge of different types of industrial coatings and application techniques. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
