Summary of the role:
In this role you will function as the subject matter expert in your industry vertical (Accounting) and will serve as the owner of our solutions for that vertical globally. You will work to understand challenges faced by customers, the marketplace, technology trends, and the competitive landscape so that you create messaging and solutions that fuel our growth.
What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:
Solution Development

• Oversee the development of solutions for selected industry verticals and use-cases.
• Conduct market research, Voice of Customer research, and competitive assessments to understand business challenges/use cases.
• Define use cases and solution requirements and conduct proof of concepts for validation.
• Work with a team of engineers and solution architects to design and implement the solutions.

Solution Launch

• Support enablement of solutions in collaboration with internal and partner enablement teams, including training and coaching.
• Support launching of solutions in collaboration with marketing teams, developing launch plans and required assets.
• Monitor success and continue improving the solutions as well the end-to-end go-to-market flow.

Thought Leadership and Campaign Support

• Support thought leadership requests for public relations, campaigns, and customer advocacy in your field of expertise.
• Work with the Content & Creative Services team to ensure our messaging & positioning is clear and we are creating assets that will resonate with the vertical market/use cases.
• Work closely with the Customer Advocacy team to create cases studies and references leveraging insight and deliverables realized through customer and field interviews.

Requirements
Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required in a business or technical field. Advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience working in the accounting industry, and you understand the day-to-day work of various roles.
• You are passionate about improving the way of working and adopting new tools for solving problems.
• You may have been involved in IT projects as a business representative, or you are a key-user for some tools in your department / line of business.

In order to have the best collaboration time window we are ideally seeking candidates based in the eastern or central time zones. This role will be highly collaborative with our UK and Finnish team members so time zone flexibility is critical.
