Industry X- Automotive Project Management Expert

Create and execute project implementation plans and suggest alternatives where problems are encountered in the original plan
Define roles responsibilities and jobsplit within project scope
Manage day to day operational aspects of projects implementation
Arrange project relevant appointments
Project coordination between VGC, Germany, JVs, 3rd party vendor and implementation team.
Apply quality control practices knowledge transfer, work packages
Update on progress or issues arising during project implementation via regular meetings and written status reports
Provide on the job training to key users and support associates
Coordination between VGC, WOB, JVs and 3rd party vendors
Setup and monitor project KPIs
