INF : Sr. Manager Technical Services

Position Title: Manager of Information Services

Location: Downers Grove, IL

Addison Group is targeting a Manager of Information Services for their growing organization to assist in the design, implementation and support of their network, systems and security of their enterprise infrastructure. The Manager of Infrastructure Services will also be responsible for hands on networking and system support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 5+ Years of Network and System Experience
• Microsoft Certifications highly preferred
• Manage security and policy for applications, systems and network across HQ and retail locations
• Develop and maintain an IT roadmap for initiatives for project plans
• Design, Implement, monitor and support security policies for the organizations Security and Cybersecurity initiatives
• Create and maintain an environment with high performing and highly available networks, systems and applications
• Position the organization to prevent internal and external threats by implementing necessary policy and guidelines
• Responsible for managing network firewalls
• Maintain and monitor network performance and availability across the organizations locations
• Maintain budget and inventory for Information Technology hardware and software
• Establish and maintain distaster recovery and necessary backups for all enterprise devices
• Make recommendations for upgrades, changes or enhancements across the enterprise
• Work with C level management to ensure the organization is in a position to avoid security risks
