Job Summary

The Influencer & Brand Partnerships Lead is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global influencer strategy and programming approach. This includes paid partnerships, sponsored content, endemic product placement, organic seeding, and integrating influencers into events and campaigns. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is deeply connected to the moto-community and possesses the ability to establish and nurture key relationships with influential individuals who align with the Harley-Davidson brand. The ideal candidate should be a passionate and strategic thinker, a natural leader capable of adapting to changing conditions, and someone who can identify creative solutions that drive business and community objectives.

Job Responsibilities• Develop and implement a global influencer and brand partnership strategy, building comprehensive plans that go beyond product seeding and bike loans to create lasting and impactful relationships and marketing campaigns.• Build a strong, brand-aligned roster of influencers and partners, developing and maintaining those relationships over time.• Identify culture-tapping opportunities for Harley-Davidson to engage, driving social and earned coverage.• Execute influencer contracts and billing, ensuring partners are meeting expectations in agreements.• Oversee influencer content briefing and creation to ensure alignment with brand vision and standards.• Oversee coordination with the press fleet and act as subject matter expert in executing product loans, gifting and discounts.• Act as the influencer marketing evangelist within the global H-D organization, bringing best practices and new ideas to the table.• Interact with top management to communicate plans, strategies, and impactful results.• Maintain expert-level knowledge of influencer management platform/tools.• Collaborate with Brand stakeholders to strategically utilize influencer relationships for various organizational needs.• Analyze influencer performance to establish benchmarks, provide feedback to creative partners, and establish actionable programming guidelines.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements• Typically requires 8 years related experience.• Deep knowledge of motorcycling culture and community.• Avid consumer of culturally relevant digital content with understanding of best practices in influencer and social executions.• Project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.• Experienced in developing and executing contracts.• High bar for creative excellence with expertise in digital creative best practices.• Skillful wordsmith with advanced ability to proofread.• Demonstrates sound ability to communicate, lead, collaborate and gain results through influence of peers and senior leaders with a proven ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
