Influencer & Community Manager (all genders) - German Speaking

The opportunity 

Be the main point of contact for all influencers within Urban Sports Club, specifically in the German market. In this role you will be responsible for finding, evaluating, onboarding and briefing all influencers. You will work closely with all social media platforms and should have excellent existing knowledge of Instagram and Tiktok.

This role also requires you to take care of community management across all social media platforms, from Instagram to Twitter, ensuring the best experience for all members and followers. 

Furthermore, you will also be responsible for building community offline with B2C, B2B and Influencer events to help to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and retention through successful brand experiences. You’ll be in charge of the majority of communications with our brand partners, partner venues and ensuring successful member sign-ups.

Your responsibilities 

Influencer Management 

• Identify, scout, outreach and manage relationships with Social Media Influencers in Germany with key focus on Instagram, and a small percentage TikTok.
• Help to build creative briefs to distribute to our influencers and content creators.
• Carry out influencer campaign management, aiming to grow long-term relationships
• Stay on top of industry trends to ensure Urban Sports Club influencers are always producing the most relevant content for their channel

Community Events

• Help to run all community events, all the way from the organizational stage to execution
• Be present onsite at important events, workshops or even shootings to help wherever needed.

Social Media

• Help to manage the content calendar, and the publishing of content across all Social Media Channels (Mainly Instagram & Linkedin)
• Be responsible for community management on all social platforms

What you need to succeed 

• You have at least a Bachelor degree or similar education with emphasis on marketing or communication.
• You have 2-3 years of experience working within Influencer Marketing, Social Media or other relevant Marketing positions.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills: you are communicative, outgoing and are good at remembering people
• German is your native language and you are fluent in English.
• You are creative and have an eye for details.
• You are able to work flexible hours and to travel.
• You are a team player, but can also work autonomously.
• You have excellent organizational skills and know how to hit deadlines
• You share our vision, our goals, and are a sports enthusiast interested in new technologies and sports trends.
• As you will be face-to-face with many different types of people from our community, we need someone who is good at making connections through networking.
