Position Summary

As an Influencer Compliance Specialist at Mavely, you will be pivotal in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our influencer network. Your primary responsibilities will include validating new influencer accounts, monitoring the network for compliance issues, managing affiliate network relationships, and collaborating with the tech team to address and prevent recurring compliance violations. You will also be responsible for monitoring the compliance email inbox and analyzing data to identify and address any red flags within our brand community.

Essential Functions

• Validate new influencer accounts to ensure they are genuine creators.

• Monitor the network using tools like ehrefs for compliance issues, including trademark bidding and high conversion rate stats.

• Review / Prevent payouts to violators of our Compliance policies

• Collaborate with external partners to enhance the compliance process and validate Mavely creators.

• Work with the Mavely tech team to develop solutions for preventing bad actors from rejoining the network

• Manage the compliance email inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.

• Regularly monitor our data to detect any compliance concerns or red flags with specific brands or community segments.

• Conduct audits of existing creator profiles to ensure authentic verification.

• Any other duties assigned by management

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in compliance, affiliate marketing, customer service or a related field.

• Familiarity with affiliate networks and influencer marketing platforms.

• Proven ability to develop, execute and automate effective process

• Experience in a customer service role 

• Passion for the influencer marketing industry and a deep understanding of its landscape.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Proficient in using tools like Google Suite, Hubspot, ehrefs, Domo, and CRM systems.

• Strong analytical skills to identify and address compliance issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
