How You Will Make an Impact

Influencer, Content, & Strategy Associate will manage Brand Ambassador, Influencer, and College Ambassador program(s) from beginning to end. Responsible for onboarding, contracts, evaluations, and negotiations of such programs.
Influencer, Content, & Strategy Associate will create detailed spreadsheets, reports, and calendars for Brand Ambassadors, and Influencers accordingly.
Write engaging, current, and accurate social media posts, marketing content, and articles for NEW YOU Media.
Influencer, Content, & Strategy Associate will support the planning, ideation, and creation of social media content including the creation of Instagram reels or TikTok videos as needed.
Influencer, Content, & Strategy Associate will manage Mega Rewards Programs including purchasing swag, developing points systems, etc.
Regularly research the latest marketing and social media trends and find the best ways to promote our brands.
Research & participate in internal and public-facing events.
Develop video content and collaborate with the team on activation ideas.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field of study.
4+ years' experience in a similar role required.
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) required.
Experience with Social Media scheduling/listening/engaging tools: (Such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite) preferred.
Knowledge of MNDAs and Elite/Select Agreements is a plus.
Knowledge of Photoshop or Canva a plus.
Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of grammar including usage and punctuation.
