About You

Nutrafol is looking for a growth-minded and collaborative individual to support the rapidly growing Influencer Marketing channel. This role will focus on expanding Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube influencer partnerships. Primary responsibilities include cultivating high-value partnerships and supporting and overseeing the junior team members for the always-on influencer campaigns. To be successful in this role, you will need experience in growth marketing, talent management, and data/analytics to implement innovative influencer campaigns across multiple social platforms. This role is on our dedicated Influencer team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing.


Responsibilities:

● Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to drive new customer acquisition and brand growth
● Partner with the Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing to create, manage and allocate budgets for our influencer program in order to drive revenue and maintain efficiency across all partnerships and channels
● Work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders & external influencers to develop, recommend, and execute paid influencer marketing campaigns
● Manage campaign analyses looking at correlations between KPIs and test variables, including ER, CR, CPA, etc. across multiple campaigns
● Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing to manage and expand influencer partnerships by leveraging performance insights, optimizing budgets, and testing new platforms and verticals
● Identify and build relationships with key influencers and work to streamline the contract negotiation processes
● Manage, vet and build key relationships with dark posters and identify long term celebrity opportunities that achieve upper funnel content goals
● Support junior team members with influencer campaign tactical execution (influencer integrity vetting, content approvals, pricing, negotiation, and internal logistics)
● Work with internal analytics resources to enhance reporting and insight across campaigns
● Manage the lading page and promo code creation process and the tracking of influencer orders
● Research influencer landscape to inform new influencer campaign strategies


Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of professional experience with consistent qualitative/quantitative results
  • 1-2 years experience managing team members
  • Β Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, CR & LTV)
  • Fluency in Excel (Microsoft Office) and proficiency in Google platforms,
  • A track record in influencer campaign strategies & execution
  • Strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge of performance-based influencer marketing
  • Β In-depth knowledge of social media & influencer marketing with relevant tactical experience
  • Creative, curious with strong analytical skills
  • Highly communicative with a sharp attention to detail and organization
  • Strategic & critical thinking – you get the smaller and the bigger pictures
  • Understand key business KPIs for subscription e-commerce (CPA, CPM, CR, etc.)
  • A team player with a fantastic can-do attitude who is excited to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven background in eCommerce and/or subscription business models is a plus
  • Tableau, third-party analytics platforms and media attribution technology/methodologies is preferred
  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Experience managing high-profile and celebrity deals
  • Experience working with influencer agencies (relationship management, price negotiation, contract negotiation, etc.)
  • Experience in dark posting/paid media with influencers for customer acquisition
