YOUR ROLE

• Identify, reach out, and build relationships with potential influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
• Act as a liaison for PR agency & event agency.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, sales, and product teams to align PR and event strategies with overall business objectives.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in social media and/or influencer relations.
• Successful, proven history of elevating brands and influencers In-depth knowledge of current tools and trends in influencer identification and social media.
• Initiative-taking, results oriented, and a creative thinker with a high level of passion, with an analytical approach to identifying opportunities.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in consumer goods.
• Beauty experience is a plus.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $116,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
