Job Overview

WargamingUSA is searching for a junior colleague to join them in Austin, Texas. This PAID internship is a unique opportunity for students, university graduates, and young professionals to learn the most modern and dynamically evolving marketing strategies. 

It will involve working with influencers directly and through talent agencies. This gives you an opportunity to learn the industry, get hands on experience into influencer marketing, and absorb the knowledge given to feel confident in the next steps you take in your career.

The goal is that by the end of the internship, you should have the ability to perform influencer outreach, negotiate and manage campaigns with more confidence and understanding than what you came in with.

Senior Influencer Manager

What will you do?

• Support the team on the different online and offline media channels (Digital, SMM, TV, Print)

• Work on influencer strategies for EN speaking territories and possible LATAM countries: booking, negotiation, tracking, reporting and analysis.

• You will assist with partner contracting, purchase orders, campaign creation, invoice support with a focus on campaign organization. 

• Monitor and audit online and offline campaigns (collect results and participate in identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy

• Brainstorm/pitch new, creative (out of the box) ideas for influencer campaigns

• Coordinate administrative needs.

• Stay up to date on competitors and emerging trends, as well as social media and influencer practices; identify areas of opportunity and future growth.

What are we looking for?

• Located in the Austin, Texas area.

• Strong social media knowledge (YouTube, Twitch, streaming platforms)

• Excellent team player mentality with good analytical and communication skills

• Efficiency in work on Excel and PPT

• Superb organizational skills and the ability to multitask are necessary.

• Close attention to detail and high standards of work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What additional skills will help you stand out?

·       Strong knowledge of the gaming industry

·       Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
