We have an exciting opportunity for a/anĀ Influencer Marketing & Community Manager in our London office.

Department Overview:

The Influencer Marketing Manager sits within the Brand Marketing team, working in collaboration with the wider organization to ensure an integrated, strategic approach is executed across all customer touchpoints – social, e-commerce, retail and wholesale. This position will work closely with the Global Digital Communications team and local and Global PR, Buying and Consumer teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in partnership with the Global Digital Communications team to localise and implement Global Influencer Marketing directives.
  • Own the EMEA influencer marketing strategy: ideation, planning, development, execution and measurement across our top 5 markets to drive brand heat and love, increased visibility and resonance for the brand
  • Build an influencer framework, a corresponding targeted influencer database and develop long-term relationships with talent agents, influencers and external agencies.
  • Build influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that are in line with the brand DNA, resonate with creators and their audiences, driving authentic advocacy for the brand and
  • Act as the key contact for EMEA influencer and social media related enquiries
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to support retail and wholesale activations
  • Work closely with the Buying Team to develop strategies that align with key investments
  • Lead storytelling of key investments
  • Ensure all proposals and activity are measured against pre-agreed KPIs and post campaign analysis is carried out for learning and future activity planning
  • Manage orders and seeding plan, relationships with stylists and talent to maximise the brand visibility
  • Propose local digital communication solutions to support business needs
  • Manage the Digital Communications budget, ensure the tracker is up-to-date and activities are within the allocated budget
  • Manage a team of two; one coordinator and an assistant

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Minimum four to five years’ experience in digital communications/ influencer marketing role or similar role
  • Strong relationships with agents and talent directly
  • Experienced in developing long-term strategic plans for influencer marketing
  • Strong knowledge of campaign trends and competitor activity in the fashion and luxury industry
  • Ability to apply innovative and creative thinking to tell the brand story
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fashion/luxury background important but not essential. Genuine interest in the fashion/luxury industry
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and current trends
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at the same time.
