influencer Marketing Specialist

FabFitFun is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Partnerships team! This will be an exciting opportunity to help grow and scale our influencer strategy while being a hands-on liaison between FFF and Influencers/Agents/Managers. 

This role will be based out of our HQ in West Hollywood, CA and required to work in-office. 

What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and agents/managers/publicists
• Handle all day-to-day influencer account management responsibilities, including but not limited to: 
• Drafting/negotiating contracts
• Managing influencer product selection & shipments
• Scheduling influencer posts
• Sharing creative briefs
• Reviewing, editing, and approving content
• Sending follow ups to ensure timely posts & rescheduling late posts
• Collecting payment paperwork
• Monitor live posts and provide daily reports to Analytics for CPA calculation
• Facilitate deal renewals and new contract negotiations
• Outline campaign timelines and operational deadlines for influencer marketing calendar
• Update budget tracker on a daily/weekly basis

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2-4 years experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferably with celebrities and/or influencers in an account management setting)
• Deep knowledge and love for influencers and content creators in the women's lifestyle space
• Superb oral and written communication skills
• A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, and are a self starter
• You can work independently and with a team
• Excellent time management skills, keen attention to detail, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced growth environment
