Position Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing online brand in the baked goods industry, specializing in high-quality, innovative products like breads, rolls, and bagels. They are passionate about building a strong community through authentic partnerships. They are seeking an Influencer Outreach Specialist to identify and develop relationships with influencers, executing marketing strategies that align with their brand goals and help expand their reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers (micro, macro, and nano) across multiple social platforms.
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate and negotiate influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
• Track and report on influencer marketing performance and ROI.
• Stay updated on social media trends, influencer strategies, and competitors' influencer marketing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in influencer outreach and relationship management.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creative mindset and passion for digital marketing.
• Experience in the food or lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Experience with Saral is a plus
• Accountability, sense of ownership, and organization skills are required for this role
