Influencer Relations Coordinator
Job Description
LOCATION:
The Influencer Relations Coordinator position is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Candidates who live in the following States will be considered:Â CT, IL, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, VA, FL, GA, MN, OR, TX, AZ, ME, NC, OH, SC, TN. Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.
THE ROLE:
IR Volt is looking to expand their Partnerships team and hire two Influencer Relations Coordinators. This role is perfect for any individual eager to gain hands on, in depth experience and knowledge of the day to day tasks in supporting an influencer campaign. IR Volt works with many household staple brands on multiple social media platforms including but not limited to; YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc. Our Influencer Relations Coordinators will be able to develop skills that are vital to the execution of a successful paid influencer campaign.
This position will directly report to our VP of Operations.
TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and Collaborate with Account Partnerships team: Coordinating product samples for the influencers, finalizing preview and live dates for each campaign and dissemination of brand briefs and campaign updates / statuses. The Influencer Relations Coordinator will also play a big role in influencer lead generation including Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Manage Influencer Campaigns: Ensuring that influencers have product, messaging briefs and signed agreements. It will be the responsibility of the coordinator to ensure that Influencer has the correct brief and that preview and live dates have been coordinated prior to the beginning of the campaign start month.
- Analyzing Data: Obtaining post campaign analytics including story views and link clicks.
- Contract Creation/Review: Assist in Influencer Collaboration details including; creation of Influencer Campaign contracts once Account Partnership Manager has solidified a deal and adding in influencer spend to client budget trackers. It is up to the Influencer Relations Coordinator to ensure that all fully executed agreements are saved into the respective Client Folders
- Supporting Leadership: Maintaining close communication with Account Partnership managers and assisting in any other campaign related details that may arise on a case to case basis. The Influencer Relations Coordinator will assist our Client Support Manager in checking live promotions and ensuring that all brand links, codes and text overlays are accurately reflected.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
By 6 MONTHS to 1 YEAR…Â
- Will have become an expert on all client deliverables, protocols and deadlines.
- Will have become extremely familiar with IR Volt’s top 200 influencers and their performance, rates, views and demographics.
- Able to complete all influencer contracts and content approvals without Account Manager’s guidance.
- Consistently identifying 50 or more new influencer prospects per week.
- Able to accurately project client’s Click-Through-Rates, conversions and CAC/RoAS.
QUALITIES OF IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Team Player: ability to work well with other and adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are desired
- An individual that has the following characteristics:
- Organized
- Detail Oriented
- Proactive
- Ability to stay on top of deadlines
- Sales/Prospecting experience within a CRM is a plus
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the marketing field
- 1 year of experience related in the Influencer Marketing Realm (Not mandatory but highly preferred)
- Must be familiar in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (specifically Microsoft Excel) along with Google Drive Applications
