Informatica architect ( Job Description)

• Should have minimum of 8 to 11 years of Informatica architecture Role .
• Strong understanding of architecture principles and design patterns for large-scale systems
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Informatica PowerCenter solutions.
• Identify areas of improvements in existing ICS informatica framework and provide solution for the same ,
• Provide solution approach to automate informatica job orchestration
• Provide SME services to Informatica developers on development standards
• Build Audit framework for effective tracking and traceability of data load process through informatica
• Validating the confirmation parameters used in Informatica/CDH for optimal performance
• Provide Informatica Standards & Guidelines book for Developers
• Provide framework of reusable code
• Provide framework for housekeeping activities (archival, code commit to git-hub, etc.,)
• Review the development activities to validate the framework alignment
• Provide Technology architectural assessments, strategies and roadmaps for one or more technology domains .
• This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and optimize performance for our data-driven applications.
• Should have good Knowledge on Informatica Mapping , Unix Commands, Unix Shell scripting , SQL scripts and Schedulers .
• Understanding of Agile methodologies .
• Good to have knowledge on any cloud (Preferrable Informatica Cloud ) .
• Ability to analyze business requirements, design and write technical specifications to design ETL solutions.
• Strong Knowledge of Informatica PowerExchange, SQL(DB2 & Vertica), Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting

• Should be familiar with batch scheduling tools like Maestro DWC, TWS.

• Good to have understanding of Alteryx tool and Alteryx workflows.
