Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various plant administrators during production outages, provide immediate workarounds to reduce the impact

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience
• Required skills: Informatica, Informatica Power Center, Informatica Power Center Express
• Nice to have skills: Qlikview, MS Power BI
• Must have handled critical outages effectively
• Sound knowledge of design patterns
• Good in problem and incident management
• Production management 24x7. ITIL process
• Any Incident Management tool

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
