Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide support in performance monitoring reporting problem identification management and resolution;
  • Responsible for incident problem change release configuration management technical support.
  • Analyzing customer developed ETLs;
  • Troubleshooting via Automic/UC4 Informatica Powercenter Oracle database Linux server to identify and take the necessary actions to solve an issue;
  • Create and maintain documentation such as service manuals working procedures deployment reports and other reports requested by client;
  • Work in close cooperation cross clusters with the technical management and application management functions of the organization developers.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Language Skills: German (preferred) English and Romanian are mandatory

  • Good team player and ability to work on own initiatives with minimal direction
  • Good analytical problem solving and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs (flexible) and learning new skills quickly
