Information and Data Security Analyst - Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN

Job Description

What will you do?

• Manage a multi-server environment scanning unstructured data services
• Manage structured data encryption services
• Work with application teams and data owners providing recommendations on proper ACL's
• Remediate unsecure ACL's on unstructured data sets
• Develop documentation on technical processes and troubleshooting

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years with experience working with Windows/Linux/IIS/SQL
• Strong knowledge of NTFS, CIFS
• Strong understanding of Active Directory
• Experience with PowerShell and SQL scripting
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving attitude
• Experience with relational databases(MSSQL, MySQL)
• Excellent written verbal communication with the ability to communication effectively at different levels of the organization
• Self-motivated, positive, robust individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to use their own initiative
• Work well in small, high performing teams

Nice to have

• Experience with unstructured data scanning solutions (StealthAudit, Varonis)
• Data base encryption services, format preserving encryption (Voltage)
• Data classification and labeling
