As an Information Developer in our Product Enablement team, you help make sure that everyone who interacts with our product, has the information they need to be successful. You join a team of passionate Information Developers who strive for innovation and impact while being staunch advocates of our users. You are responsible for generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. For our Solutions group, this means creating enablement resources for everyone from our customer success group to our end users. The information you help create helps implementation projects be successful and customers use our product. 

Duties/Responsibilities

• Write and edit technically accurate, high quality content 

• Assess core personas and their motivations and develop the appropriate content to support them

• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for user comprehension.

• Generate innovative ideas for content and how to deliver it.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure understanding of topics

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of technical writing in a software company

Basic knowledge of docs-as-code

Education

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Professional and Technical Writing (or related field/degree)
