Information Security Analyst

We are hiring a results-oriented Infomation Security professional who will be responsible for automating the corporation's security workflow. A typical day in Security Ops ranges from handling and responding to security alerts, collaborating with the business to improve security practices, and implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing security toolsets to provide better and faster responses to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and research attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security.
• Provide regular reports to management regarding existing or potential risks to Tyler systems.
• Research and implement options for new or improved security technology.
• Facilitate automation of security tasks, including implementing hardening baselines.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve enterprise security design weaknesses.
• Manage, administer, and maintain all enterprise security tool suites and utilities.
• Develop and enhance the security and automation of corporate systems.
• Develop automation and execution of security controls, defenses, and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in the areas of endpoint security, cloud security, or SOC.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity or related area of study, or comparable work experience
• Prior experience working with modern endpoint detection & response solutions such as CrowdStrike, Carbon Black or Sentinel One in an enterprise environment.
• Prior cloud (AWS) experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple environments and operating systems, devices and databases including Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, Azure, AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fundamental understanding of security related technologies such as SIEM and SOAR
• Must have/obtain and maintain one or more Cloud or Security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CISM, CIPT, CCSP
• Strong understanding of information security standards, concepts, controls, testing techniques and technical risk assessment
• Strong understanding of restful API development, SDLC processes, and security automation desired
