Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor computer networks for security issues.
• Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents.
• Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls, data encryption programs, DDOS, Certificates, Endpoint.
• Implement other technical systems/controls and monitor them for unusual and suspicious activity across a wide range of products.
• Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management
• Assist with security configuration standards for systems and business applications.
• Serve as a member of the information security and change management teams.
• Participate in technical and non-technical projects requiring information security oversight and to ensure policies, procedures and standards are met.
• Stay current on IT security trends and news.
• Assist with compliance related activities.
• Perform on a 24x7 on-call rotation
• Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to be on rotating 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Experience in information security or related field.
• Understanding of computer network penetration testing and techniques.
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, computer systems, and network concepts.
