What You'll Bring:

• 1-3+ years of experience in information security, vulnerability management or application security
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare documents/ reports/ communications for all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of information security, IT audit, and IT risk management principles
• High-level understanding of security regulations, frameworks, policies, and procedures

We'd Love to See:

• Experience with DAST, SAST and SCA tools to identify application security vulnerabilities
• Experience working with application development teams to prioritize and address application security vulnerabilities
• Experience with NIST, HIPAA, GLBA, ISO, PCI, DPPA, CPPA, etc.
• Information Security Certifications: CompTIA, ISC2, EC-Council, SANS, etc.

Impact You'll Make:
TransUnion works with businesses and consumers to gather, analyze, and deliver critical information needed to build strong economies around the world. Protection of that information is critical for our customers and business. Reporting to the Information Security Officer for the TransUnion Consumer Interactive line of business, you will assist in enabling Business Unit capabilities to manage and maintain their information security and regulatory responsibilities.

• Support internal and external audits through the management of audit evidence retrieval, collection, posting, communication, and tracking.
• Maintain and facilitate a deep understanding of Business Unit Applications, Architecture, and other relevant inventories.
• Work with the team to identify security risk and exposures by participating in security reviews, evaluations, and assessments.
• Assist with creating reports to identify trends and establish metrics.
• Identify and remediate gaps within existing workflows, processes, and procedures that impact information security and increase business risk.
