Position Summary
The Information Security Awareness & Training Specialist is responsible for supporting and championing the security and privacy awareness and training program and initiatives. This position will be part of a team of governance, risk, and compliance experts and work directly with business units and partners across the organization to meet our global security and privacy awareness and training needs.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and delivering awareness content to target audiences and a strong background in creating and delivering communication. This role must collaborate effectively with development, engineering and operations counterparts as well as internal and external partners to promote a culture of security, privacy and risk awareness across the organization to protect SHEIN data, systems, and services.
Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver, and champion the security awareness program, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Support ad hoc and reoccurring internal communications for security and IT initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with corporate partners such as IT, HR, Public Relations, Legal to develop and deliver content for ongoing security awareness, communication, and training programs.
• Collaborate with business units and various regions globally to tailor awareness content for different target audiences.
• Provide a gap analysis, with recommendations for improvement, of the existing training program, policies, plans, and procedures.
• Develop, monitor, and report metrics to mature and improve on the effectiveness of current training programs.
• Provide operational support for the learning management system.
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of company policies and relevant industry standards to incorporate into the awareness and training strategy, program, and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex and technical issues to all levels of personnel
• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in communications, information security, organizational development, business or related field
• Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordingly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing and deploying training programs or communications, preferably with international experience in an e-commerce or technology related industry
• Experience in communications strategy and program management
• Passionate about learning and taking on new challenges
• Mandarin fluency is desirable
