Job description
As Information Security Compliance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our organization's defense against evolving cyber threats. ️ As the guardian of our security infrastructure, you'll actively contribute to global projects and compliance. This role reports to the Head of Security and will strongly impact the security strategy at Akeneo. ✨
Responsibilities

  • Maintain, improve and extend security certification (ISO 27001, possibly SOC2, CSA STAR ...),
  • Lead risk analysis, policy design, ISO27 ISMS, reporting; Manage security audits (conformity and pentests),
  • Ensure the whole company follows regulation rules and security best practices; Raise awareness among colleagues about risks, rules and regulations, with training sessions & workshops,
  • Carry enablement and supportive actions to customer-facing positions on Information security and compliance topics,
  • Coordinate incident response for any potential security vulnerability or breach, and follow-up remediation plans,
  • Carry out the regulatory watch, security threats anticipation, and intelligence.


Qualifications
Solid experience in cyber security and compliance is important, we have high expectations on these topics. We are interested in your profile for this position if:

  • You have more than 4 years of experience in compliance environments like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or SOC-2 standards,
  • You have more than 2 years of experience in Information Security in a Web environment and/or public cloud,
  • You have great people and communication skills. You know how to convince and build compromises to make sure projects are going forward.
  • Speaking English is mandatory, a second language would be a plus.


Strong "plus" if you have:

  • Personal certification (ISO 27001, CISSP),
  • Public cloud security knowledge (we use Google Cloud Platform).
