Job Description Summary:

PayPal, Inc. seeks Information Security Engineer 2 in Scottsdale, Arizona to provide support as key contact for Issue Management and Information Security Technical Assurance. Interpret PayPal standards, regulatory and business requirements into technical specification documents and IT/security controls. Assist in identifying missing or failed security controls. Investigate, analyze and document reported control defects. Assist in automating information security continuous control tests and reporting dashboards. Work with divisional business partners, source system liaisons, technology partners, and the Functional area to identify/resolve information security issues. Partner with and engage functional areas/business units to confirm data accuracy, issue detail in support of reporting processes and formatting/messaging of reporting content. Prepare and distribute both continuous and monthly management reports with an emphasis on data visualization while maintaining the highest quality, reliability, and accuracy. Analyze and compile data/information related to enterprise, legal entity, and individual business unit issue management activity. Coordinate the gathering of additional information and/or data from contributing sources and entities for aggregated reporting efforts. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests (i.e.: unique reporting requests that are not supported by an existing standard management routine).

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
