Job Role: Senior Information Security Engineer

Years of Experience: 5 - 9 years

Preferred Location: Noida (II547)

Shift Timing (IST): Rotational

Job Description: This position requires extensive troubleshooting skills on Perimeter Network & Security appliances majorly focusing on Network Switches, Routers, Palo Alto, Blue Coat, Netskope. Engineer would be responsible for daily interaction with clients and end users related to break/fix incidents, Deployments, Changes, Monitoring.

Monitoring and Remediation (Splunk / NNMi / Ops Bridge / Sev One) experience would be an advantage

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform operational or maintenance activities on Infrastructure Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls
• Managing HA and upgrades on PALO ALTO devices
• Engineer would be responsible for understanding security infrastructure
• Working with Vendor for Compliance related to Palo Alto (App threat)
• Working with EIS team for staging Firewall Rules, NAT Policies, VSys
• Engineer would be working on daily Deployment or Changes
• Managing Break or Fix Incidents and High Priority WAR Rooms
• Monitoring and Operational support for Network ISP Switches and Network
• Good troubleshooting skills related to Firewall, Proxy and Network
• Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them for an appropriate solution
• Responsible to design and run planned Security Changes and RMA to maintain business continuity
• Good Decision making and ability to deliver during soft and hard time
• Open for 24/7 functional support
• Coordinating with team member to understand daily issues and streamline the process.

Required Qualifications:

• B-Tech degree with Cloud and Palo Certifications
• Firewall Management - Extensive operational experience on Palo
• Network Management - Troubleshooting experience on switches and routers
• Proxy Function - Experience on Symantec BlueCoat Proxy SG and MC

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation experience or knwoledge
• Datacenter and Enterpriser Infrastructure awareness
• Good understanding Network SDN
