Information Security Managers

American Express Travel Related Services seeks Information Security Managers under the supervision of a Director, to provide guidance on information security processes, controls, compliance, and information security risk management to team members. Conduct security assessments of applications and platforms. Perform technical IT risk assessments. Facilitate improved solutions by working with team members to determine security solutions to align with business strategies, IT strategic direction, and compliance objectives.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree (or 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with performing IT information security risk assessments. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with applying risk methodologies using quantitative and qualitative risk analysis; 1 year of experience with risk and security policies, procedures, and controls; 1 year of experience with risk and control frameworks, including ISO; and 1 year of experience with software methodologies, including Agile, CI/CD, SDLC, and STRIDE. Telecommuting is available up to 3 days per week. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary Range: $165,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually
