As an Information Security Risk Analyst at Frost, you will:
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluation of technology, business process, and regulatory requirements in order to mitigate risk exposure based on control recommendations
- Identify and assess risks with accuracy as it relates to business impact, likelihood, exposure, and relevance
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure security requirements are effectively addressed in all phases of project lifecycles
- Review functional and non-functional business requirements in order to propose clear, business appropriate security controls in the context of project management and delivery
- Understand, evaluate, and interpret internally developed standards and policy in order to guide business partners in proper control design and implementation
- Make decisions on residual risk ratings in order to properly assess control efficacy
- Work closely with all second and third line of defense functions to properly track risk across the business
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in the information security or another risk relevant field
- Deep understanding of the role of Information Security in IT risk management and controls
- Deep understanding of the role of Information Security software engineering and application development methodologies in a complex multi-project environment
- Proven experience in the design and development of IT Security solutions for complex multi-component systems
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals within both the technical community and senior leadership
- CISSP, CISM, CISA or other industry security certifications highly beneficial
